We provide TPA services to 401(k) and Roth 401(k) Plans, Safe Harbor Plans and Profit Sharing Plans. We are focused on providing retirement plan services developed and tailored to meet the needs of our Plan Sponsors and plan participants. We offer hands on customer service along with a variety of Plan Administration and record keeping services. 

The Siekmann Company provides fiduciary consulting, education and protection. We do not act as a fiduciary for you or your company but we can educate you in your responsibilities as a fiduciary as per the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) standards. Meeting your responsibilities as laid out in those guidelines is essential to your employer provided benefits plans. As with any government guidelines it usually takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to fully understand those standards and how to meet them. We are experienced in this and can educate you in how to comply with these guidelines.
