Aaron has served as our President since 2016. He is a registered investment advisor and licensed employee benefits broker. He is one of our lead consultants working with clients to drive successful outcomes

Drew joined The Siekmann Company in 2023 as a Benefits Consultant specializing in group insurance benefits for employers. Drew is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is passionate about supporting the community and developing strong relationships with his clients and referral partners to achieve success.

Cathy joined The Siekmann Company in 2002. She has  experience working with Plan Sponsors on 401(k) Plan administration, government reporting, document preparation and plan compliance for over 20 years. She  also received her CRSP™ (Certified Retirement Services Professional) Certification from Cannon Trust School in 2000.

Christy has served as a Group Benefits Account Manager for the past 8 years and in the Financial Services industry for 10 years prior to joining The Siekmann Company. Christy is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), and she is certified in Self-funding, Wellness, Account Management, Medicare and the Federally Funded Marketplace.  

Jessie came to The Siekmann Company in 2022 to serve as an Employee Benefits Administrator on our benefits team. She provides excellent administrative support to our benefits clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the plan year.

Jim joined The Siekmann Company in 2022 as a Benefits Consultant. He has over 20+ years of experience supporting clients with all of their insurance benefit needs. Jim's strength is his creativity and willingness to put client needs first. He is an avid tennis player and received an MBA from Frostburg State.

Jack Joined The Siekmann Company in 2023 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati. Jack is an Investment Advisor in our retirement division who will work closely with our team and vendor partners to provide our 401(k) clients with best-in-class service and retirement plan solutions.

Sean joined The Siekmann Company in 2012 and works as third party administrator in our retirement division. In addition to supporting our clients, Sean is our lead technology specialist for our Human Resources Management System.

Annie joined our team in 2022 as an experienced Employee Benefits Analyst. She provides ongoing administrative support for our insurance clients. She is very detail oriented and is influential in maintaining complete and accurate information for our clients.
