We work closely with several A rated medical insurance carriers to find the right plan for your business at a competitive rate. Our staff have experience in fully-insured as well as self-insured medical plans for groups of all sizes.
Additional services are available for Employers with limited HR staff. Those servers can include carrier enrollments, monthly millings, new hire kits and employee communications. We can also provide support with HIPAA Training and Medicare D requirements.
GROUP DENTAL / GROUP VISION INSURANCE
Dental and vision insurance can be a cost effective benefit. The Siekmann Company will assist you in designing a dental and vision package that provides a valuable need to your employees.
GROUP LIFE / GROUP DISABILITY / VOLUNTARY LIFE
The Siekmann Company works with different carriers that provide life and disability benefits. Voluntary benefits can also be provided for the employee to purchase the coverage amounts they need for their personal and estate planning.
Life Insurance: Employer paid and Voluntary Life insurance provides a benefit to your employees to assist with estate planning and retirement.
Long Term Disability (LTD): Disability insurance provides replacement income to an employee in they event they become disable.
Short Term Disability (STD): Many employers pay monthly premiums for STD coverage for their employees which, in many cases, the premiums exceed the benefit received. The Siekmann Company has designed self-insured STD plans that have saved substantial premiums for many of our clients. As with other self-insured benefits, you can design your plan to provide income during the period prior to LTD benefits being effective as well as covering maternity leave.
